One of the favorite foods in Amsterdam is satay. Its is one of the delicious foods. It is a dish of Southeast Asia, Satay may consist of sliced chicken, goat, mutton, fish, beef, pork, other meats. Stroopwafel:

Bitterballen are a Dutch meat-based snack. It is mixture of beef or veal, beef broth, butter, flour for thickening, parsley, salt and pepper. Combine these ingredients and cooked, then put this mixture into refrigerator firm up. After this, make the balls with the mixture and than battered in a breadcrumb and egg mixture and deep-fried and enjoy this delicious bitterballen.

Snert:

Snert is also the popular soup in amsterdam. Its is mostly served on New Year’s Day in the Netherlands but you can also enjoyed throughout the fall and winter months. It is made with split peas, pork, celery, onions and leeks, it’s completely delicious.
